Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

Domestic (within country): 3–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Unfortunately, custom gift boxes and used/opened perfumes are non-refundable due to hygiene and customization. We recommend reviewing your selections carefully before checking out.
